When is the presale?

How do I receive my passcode?
Once the registration period has closed, we will send your passcode to the email address that was used for registration on Wednesday, April 16 . The passcode is a combination of numbers and/or special characters that you will have to input before you’re able to purchase presale tickets.
- If you have any issues receiving the passcode, please email register@goldenvoice.com and we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries quickly to help resolve passcode issues.
- If you have an iCloud email address, we suggest that the “Hide my Email” function is turned off to ensure proper code delivery. Click here for more info.

I registered for the presale. When and how will I receive the passcode?
On Wednesday, April 16, AEG will send a passcode to your email address. If you have any issues receiving the passcode, please note that we will troubleshoot all issues and inquiries quickly to resolve the issues by emailing register@goldenvoice.com.

How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my passcode?
The passcode will allow you to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets and can only be used once per show.

Once I register for presale and receive the passcode, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?
Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

What does "LOCAL TIME" mean?
Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.

Where do I purchase the tickets?
Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues. This includes axs.com / ticketmaster.com. Please refer to our ticket information notice.

Is there an age requirement to attend?
The show is for all ages.

How to buy presale tickets: 6 steps
- Create / Log in on ticket sites: Ticketmaster.com / AXS.com
- Search "n.SSign"
- Choose desired city
- The lobby -> Waiting Room -> Queue -> Enter "UNIQUE CODE"
- The “UNIQUE CODE” is a combination of numbers and/or alphabet characters that was sent to your email address.
- Select desired seating area (Limited up to 6 per show)

Are the tickets refundable?
All sales are final. No refund, No exchange available.

How many times of sale will I be able to purchase tickets?
The upcoming shows for n.SSign will have three times of sale:
- Registration Presale will take place on Wednesday, April 16 at 10AM / 9AM CT / 7AM PST and to continue until Wednesday, April 16 at 10PM EST / 9AM CT / 7PM PST.
- Venue Presale is available on Thursday, April 17 at 10AM local time until Thursday, April 10 at 10PM local time.
- General Onsale, available for the general public and to take place on Friday, April 18 at 10AM local of the respective venue. There is no registration needed for the general onsale.

Will there be a general onsale after the Registration Presale ends?
Yes, there will be a Public Onsale following the Registration presale on Friday, April 18 at 10AM local time. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

What is the COSMO VIP Package?
COSMO VIP Package includes a ticket to the show plus early access to soundcheck, early access to merchandise booth, post-show hi-touch event and a commemorative tour laminate and lanyard.
